| Review: | This school is run by very caring administrators. The advantages of a small school are that there are not gangs, violence, or drug or alcohol issues of any significance. The teachers are good, they care, and are not burnt out by the demands of the school or the behavior of the students. There are quite a few activities, and many kids participate. It is small enough where an innocence remains up through the middle grades. As a parent, you can be as involved as time will let you. There is work to be done for sure; special guidance and projects for gifted students, computer competence, and even more activities to bind the students together as they learn. Much of the work needs to be done by the parents. Like all schools, there are kids that misdbehave and distract from the teaching and wear the teachers out. The parents need to take responsibility for their children's behavior and in a small district, a parent has the latitude to attend the school regularly to accomplish that.
Many sudents go on to do great things.
